Originally from France, I moved to Belfast in 2014 to complete a work placement for my post-graduate degrees in Film Studies and Philosophy. I then completed a Masters in Film Studies at Queen’s University Belfast.

I have made six live-action and animated shorts supported by Northern Ireland Screen, BBC NI, Future Screens NI, the Arts Council of Northern Ireland and the Level Centre (art gallery in Yorkshire). My films got screened at Rhode Island, Cork International Film Festival, BFI London Film Festival, Foyle, Outfest LA, and Belfast Film Festival. I shadowed Pete Travis on Bloodlands season 1, Harry Wootlif on the Woman in the Wall and Edward Hall on The Heist Before Christmas.

I am currently developing my first feature film. With this project, I have taken part in the X-Pollinator CREATOR Scheme with Aisling Walsh as a creative mentor. I was selected for the BFINetwork@LFF in 2023 and Filmonomics 8 with Reclaim the Frame. I am currently participating in a feature film residency organised by Gindou Cinema in the south of France.

In my work, I am drawn to vulnerable individuals: the introverted, the quiet, the socially awkward, and the outsiders. I portray characters navigating dark spaces who still manage to find refuge or a glimpse of light. My films seek authenticity, exploring what drives and motivates us, with a strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, and fair representations of mental health.

Basée entre la France et l’Irlande du Nord, j’ai réalisé cinq courts-métrages financés, en prise de vues réelles et en animation, avec le soutien de Northern Ireland Screen, BBC NI, Future Screens NI, Arts Council of Northern Ireland et Level Centre (galerie d’art dans le Yorkshire). Mes films ont été projetés au Flickers’ Rhode Island International Film Festival, Cork International Film Festival, BFI London Film Festival, Outfest LA, et Belfast Film Festival. J’ai également effectué plusieurs stages d’observation à la réalisation, notamment auprès de Pete Travis sur Bloodlands (saison 1), Harry Wootliff sur The Woman in the Wall, Edward Hall sur The Heist Before Christmas et Jamie Teehan sur Pinkalicious (animation).

Je travaille actuellement sur plusieurs projets de long métrage. Avec ces projets, j’ai participé au programme X-Pollinator CREATOR Scheme, avec Aisling Walsh comme mentor artistique. J’ai également été sélectionnée pour le BFINetwork@LFF en 2023 ainsi que pour Filmonomics 8 avec Reclaim the Frame. En France, j’ai également pris part à la résidence de long métrage de Gindou Cinéma.

Dans mes films, je m’intéresse aux personnes vulnérables : les exclus, les introvertis et les outsiders. Je les montre traversant des zones d’ombre tout en cherchant un refuge, une lumière. Je poursuis une forme d’authenticité, avec une attention particulière à la diversité, à l’inclusion et à une représentation juste et nuancée de la santé mentale.
