Originally from France, I moved to Belfast in 2014 to complete a work placement for my post-graduate degrees in Film Studies and Philosophy. I then completed a Masters in Film Studies at Queen’s University Belfast.
I have made five funded shorts, including live-action and animation, supported by Northern Ireland Screen, BBC NI, Future Screens NI, the Arts Council of Northern Ireland and the Level Centre (art gallery in Yorkshire). My films got screened at Rhode Island, Cork International Film Festival, Outfest LA, and Belfast Film Festival. I have completed a few directing shadowing placements; I shadowed Pete Travis on Bloodlands season 1, Harry Wootlif on the Woman in the Wall and Edward Hall on Joy to the World.
I am currently developing my first feature film. With this project, I have taken part in the X-Pollinator CREATOR Scheme with Aisling Walsh as a creative mentor. I also was selected for the BFINetwork@LFF in 2023 and Filmonomics 8 with Reclaim the Frame. In 2025, I am participiating in a feature film residency organised by Gindou Cinema.
Je suis originaire de France et j’ai déménagé à Belfast en 2014 pour effectuer un stage dans le cadre de mes études à l’Institut Européen du Cinéma et de l’Audiovisuel de Nancy. J’ai ensuite obtenu un Master en études cinématographiques à Queen’s University Belfast.
J’ai réalisé cinq courts-métrages financés, en prise de vues réelles et en animation, avec le soutien de Northern Ireland Screen, BBC NI, Future Screens NI, du Arts Council of Northern Ireland et du Level Centre (galerie d’art dans le Yorkshire). Mes films ont été projetés au Flickers’ Rhode Island International Film Festival, au Cork International Film Festival, à Outfest LA et au Belfast Film Festival. Here is my voice as a filmmaker; I always connected with artistic subjects like dance, history of art, or fine arts. In the films I make, I deeply connect with the vulnerable, the outcast, the introvert, the quiet, the awkward and the underdog. I love bringing these characters to film and I believe that they don’t need fancy tricks to be authentic on screen. They are worthy in their own way, and I’m passionate to show it in the stories I tell. I deeply care about diversity and inclusion, and I mainly focus on Queer and neurodiverse stories. I also like to portray mental health in a meaningful and authentic way in my work.
Voici ma voix en tant que réalisatrice : j’ai toujours été attirée par les sujets artistiques tels que la danse, l’histoire de l’art ou les beaux-arts. Dans mes films, j’aime profondément les personnes vulnérables, les exclus, les introvertis, les silencieux, les maladroits et les outsiders. J’adore mettre ces personnages à l’écran et je crois qu’ils n’ont pas besoin de techniques sophistiquées pour être authentiques. Ils ont une valeur en eux-mêmes, et je suis passionnée de le montrer à travers les histoires que je raconte. Je porte une attention particulière à la diversité et à l’inclusion. J’aime également représenter la santé mentale de manière significative et authentique dans mon travail.
